We have now implemented our new support ticket system for all our existing clients and new clients. If you have a problem or a special request you can log in with your client login details and on the navigation to your right you will see a new ticket tab.
All you have to do is type in your message and one of our technicians will reply. It will also alert you via your email when your sent ticket has got a reply. Cause you know how frustrating it can be trying to phone a company and get hold of technical support, now with our ticket system all your questions or problems will get answered guaranteed. Please dont hesitate if you have a technical question or special request.
